This proposed destination facility, is programmed to open in spring/summer 2024 and is expected to offer a complimentary venue to the City's many wider attractions and help drive footfall and activity into the west side of the City Centre. The final design for the scheme is not yet finalised and the Council is keen to engage the market to identify prospective operators and to secure operator input into this design process to enable a full planning application to be submitted in spring 2023. The preliminary concept envisages a two-level scheme extending to approximately 5,000 sqm, around a central event plaza, with a tensile roof structure, alongside new public car parking. ## CPV classification Recreational, cultural and sporting services Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-0386f8-2022-11-21T13:59:43Z [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-0386f8-2022-11-21T13:59:43Z) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
