It has an annual expenditure of over £1bn on goods and services and a population of 1.6m. The Multiply Programme was announced by the Department for Education in April 2022 – being part of a range of initiatives that aim to boost adult skills. Full details of the Multiply programme can be found in the Multiply Investment Prospectus: [gov.uk](https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/multiply-funding-available-to-improvenumeracy-skills) Kent County Council is looking to appoint Suppliers through a Dynamic Purchasing System, to provide this service.
