The successful Provider shall also be responsible for the maintenance of the properties as detailed within the draft Leases. - Lot 1 Caridas House Only - Lot 2 Priory Place Only - Lot 3 Jubilee House Only - Lot 4 Caridas House and Priory Place - Lot 5 Caridas House and Jubilee House - Lot 6 Priory Place and Jubilee House - Lot 7 All Properties Caridas House provides 14 units (5 x single and 9 x family), Jubilee House provides 4 units (all 2-bedroom self-contained flats) and Priory Place provides 5 single units of emergency temporary accommodation with shared facilities for people who are homeless in Gloucester whom the Authority have a statutory duty to rehouse.
