The Service shall be available 7 (seven) days per week, 52 (fifty-two) weeks per year and operate over a 24 (twenty-four) hour day. The standard hours of the Service will operate between 7.00am to 10.00pm. - Lot 2 Night Service - To provide a service to a Service User carrying out calls in their home as specified in the Support Plan. The Service shall be available 7 (seven) days per week, 52 (fifty-two) weeks per year and operate over a 9 (nine) hour night.
