Rochdale Riverside opened in April 2020. It is a predominantly open centre providing circa 220,000 sq ft of retail, food and leisure space across 27 units. The scheme is anchored by M&S and Next in terms of retail and a six-screen cinema and indoor golf offer for leisure visitors. The scheme includes a 520 space multi storey car park. The Council is looking to appoint an Asset Manager and Property Manager for this purpose with the contract commencing in April 2023.
