Two, Hesse BondJet 820 automatic wedge bonders and a Hesse BondJet 855. The 855 is the updated version of the 820 which is no longer available. The two 820 machines are currently dedicated to the ATLAS strip tracker module and stave assembly programme whilst the 855 is used for a range of other projects.
