Nine independent projects are currently in varying stages of concept design. There are currently 5 new build schemes, 1 refurbishment scheme, and 3 with an element of both. These are located across England. The majority of the new build elements are based on a modular design, though two are likely to be traditional blockwork. The intention of this PIN is to identify suitable main contractors who are interested in tendering for individual projects, packages of projects or all of the projects.
