The Design Lead and Architect will be expected to lead the bid and include appropriate consultants for Structural & Civil Engineering and MEP Engineering, with optional principal Designer and Contract Administrator services. The immediate appointment will be for Phase 2 and Phase 3 of a master plan produced in 2019 but subsequently adapted. It is intended that each member of the design team will be directly appointed by Tullie House as the Employer.
