It is also expected that the provider will produce a consolidated regional report. The requirement is for five full Liaison and Diversion Health Needs Assessments for the following services: - Avon & Somerset Liaison and Diversion Service, to include Reconnect services at HMP Bristol and HMP Eastwood Park - Devon & Cornwall Liaison and Diversion Service, to include Reconnect services at HMP Channings Wood and HMP Exeter - Dorset Liaison and Diversion Service - Gloucestershire Liaison and Diversion Service - Wiltshire Liaison and Diversion Service A single contract will be let to deliver the five Health Needs Assessments and one consolidated regional report, with a maximum total contract value of £129,000. The HNAs will be undertaken over a period of 20 weeks with the aim to commence in December 2022.
