The site is approximately 4.6 hectares and comprises over 250 residences in a combination of flats and houses. We are seeking a Contractor with a proven track record to deliver the highway and external works for our Pillgwenlly (Pill) regeneration project. This completion project maintains the objective to address the issues of the original Radburn residential layout which was constructed in the 1970's.
