Cheshire East Council are looking to explore ways in which it may be possible to procure an initial 20 properties to support homeless residents, the properties should be located in a variety of areas across the footprint of the Cheshire East borough. The number of properties may increase and there may be a requirement to consider more innovative solutions if more housing is needed. The Council wishes to consult with suitably experienced organisations that have a proven track record in operating temporary accommodation.
