The CoPs will promote ongoing learning related to the key themes of the ‘A Healthier Wales’ programme A healthier Wales: long term plan for health and social care \| GOV.WALES and the Social Services and Wellbeing Act Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (legislation.gov.uk) and will contribute towards the RIF’s aim of developing and ‘scaling up’ new national Models of Integrated Health and Social Care.
