The Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) with Nuclear Transport Solutions (NTS) acting as their agent has been instructed by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) to establish and support the collection of existing Sealed Radioactive Source (SRS) through a suitable disposal route. The NDA Group have been tasked with enabling a disposal route for these sources into Sellafield. Note, Sellafield is the current waste management route for sealed sources.
