HEIW have a Professional Support Unit (PSU) who's role is to promote and support positive psychology and wellbeing at work for medical, dental and pharmacist trainees across Wales. Some trainees will require short term support by an appropriately qualified and experienced specialist that is outside the scope of internal PSU service expertise.
