The required system will need to be able to manage bookings, memberships, invoices, Direct Debits, assets, and to enable the facilities to receive, record and reconcile income. Additionally, the system will need to provide a means of managing access control into the various centres, by integrating with our current access control solutions. The system must also support our digital transformation agenda and enable us to grasp the next level in transformation, by improving the customer experience on and offline.
