The Council has made the decision to include the Supply and Delivery of the Biomass Pellets along with the Service and Maintenance of the Boilers to a single contractor which will provide the Council with a turnkey solution to ensure that the biomass boilers operate effectively and efficiently. The contractor requires to demonstrate previous experience in the maintenance of Biomass Boilers with operatives must have certified training on at least two of the boiler manufacturers and agree to carry out training, within one month if successful, on the other boilers located within Council properties.
