The Council is committed to transforming local provision to better meet the needs of vulnerable, elderly and disabled adults and disabled children the Peterborough Unitary Authority area. The purpose of the proposed procurement exercise will be to procure almost all the agency services by utilising schedules of rates and competition within the framework, in order to develop an innovative, flexible team of contractors to deliver the Council’s Disabled Facility Grant allocation from central government.
