The targeted service will support children and young people aged 0 to 18, or aged 0-25 for those with an Education, Health, Care Plan within priority groups who have identified emotional health and well-being needs. All children and young people accessing the service must have a Brent residential address and a Brent school with the exception of Brent Looked after children and those children with a Brent EHCP. The service shall provide support, clinical advice and training for professionals working with children and young people and a range of evidence based interventions working directly with children, young people and families in priority vulnerable groups. The services will be underpinned by clinical leadership and services will be clinically led with clinical oversight of the quality of services.
