The new contract is required to start on 1st April 2023 and the contract is to run for a period of 10 years with the option to extend for up to a further 5 years (maximum total contract duration 15 years). The contract to be entered into will be in accordance with the NHS Standard Alternative Provider Medical Services Contract 2021. The provider will be paid at the APMS global sum rate of £96.65, including national payments, and local enhanced services.
