The appointment of suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver the services, undertaking the felling and harvesting of ash trees affected by Class 3 and 4 ash dieback disease within a heavily visited public site. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable felling licence conditions, FISA guidance, British Standards, environmental legislation and health and safety requirements relevant to the works.
