Bidders should note that they do not have to be able to perform all the different types of services to gain a place on the framework. For example, a small business who only has capacity to perform small load moves will not be disadvantaged. The Technical response will provide the bidders with an opportunity to select the types of moves they have capacity and capability to perform.
