The framework will provide all participating NHS organisations with access to a consistent, standardised and compliant procurement solution. ### Exclusions Spinal products are expressly excluded from the scope of this framework agreement. ### Participating Organisations NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership Procurement Services (hosted by Velindre University NHS Trust) is conducting this procurement on behalf of the following NHS Wales organisations: ### Aneurin Bevan University Health Board ### Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board ### Cardiff and Vale University Health Board Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board Hywel Dda University Health Board ### Powys Teaching Health Board Swansea Bay University Health Board Velindre University Health Board ### Future Participation NWSSP Procurement Services reserves the right to include additional NHS Wales organisations within the scope of the framework agreement at any time during its term.
