The scope of the Services includes geophysical, sub-surface, environmental and marine monitoring surveys that may be required to support project development around Port Talbot. The survey campaigns are split in to two phases, the initial contract award will encompass phase 1 (shallow sub-surface survey services). ABP intends to enter into a further contract for the execution of phase 2, including but not limited to UXO and seismic surveys. ABP reserves the right to modify the contract after initial award, in accordance with s31, s74 and Schedule 8.
