The Contract is intended to commence prior to the start of the 2027/28 financial year to facilitate mobilisation and planning activities required to deliver services from 2027/28 onwards. The Contract will be awarded for an initial three (3) year term, with the option to extend for up to two additional years on a (1 + 1) year basis (3 + 1 + 1) to total five years (5). The scope of services to be delivered under the Contract will be to provide an independent and objective internal audit service to the Group and its subsidiaries, including the delivery of a risk-based internal audit programme, assurance reviews and related advisory services.
