In doing so, it will help increase participation in nature-based activities and celebrate and recognise the enormous effort that so many education providers and children and young people put into improving their local environment. -The Award will encourage participation in nature-based activities and children and young people will learn about the use of innovative biodiversity mapping, which will provide a new insight into the current bio-diversity baseline of the education estate and enable progress to be tracked.
