The Hard FM Services will be split into two separate contracts that will provide statutory, planned and reactive maintenance services; Cont 1 – will provide Mechanical and Electrical and some specialist M&E services.The appointed contractor will be responsible for the provision of Preventative and Planned Maintenance, Statutory Compliance Maintenance, Specialist M&E Services, Remedial Works, Callouts and Reactive Maintenance, Project Works and Risk Assessments.
