The proposed Sports Hall and Specialist Teaching Block consists of a 3000m2 standalone building for the College's nationally renowned Sports Curriculum. The new facility will include general teaching rooms that are flexible, a breakout/collaboration area, a Sports Hall, and a small staff base. The new Sports Hall and Specialist Teaching Block will be built next to the existing 4G and grass sports fields. The existing single-story pavilion/changing block will have to be demolished. The project's funding has been approved in principle via the Further Education Capital Transformation Fund Stage 2 application.
