HRA – Murdoch and Trevithick is a 52-unit affordable home scheme commissioned by Cornwall Council as part of the Housing Revenue Account programme (Planning application number: PA21/11983 – available to view on the Councils planning portal). The scheme was previously under development by a Contractor however works have since halted when that Contractor entered into administration.
