The Hub will be for homeless people in the BCP Council area. Homeless in this context is anyone sleeping out in the BCP Council area, and anyone temporarily or insecurely accommodated in the BCP Council area. Due to the evolving nature of the requirement, any future changes in policy, legislation and funding (but not limited to), it is possible that similar additional services may be required to meet the objectives of this contract. Therefore, services to be delivered, the value and the specified period of this contract may be reviewed and updated to incorporate those changes in the requirement. These changes will be subject to the express approval of the Council.
