There is an urgency to award a successful Supplier who will be required to take over the management of the services and care of the current residents in a short time frame as the contract will commence from 1st July 2022. This tender is being conducted to award a social care service in line with Part 2, Chapter 3, Section 7, regulation 74-77 (Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
