The contract is for 36 months. The programme is to tackle system, cultural and attitudinal barriers whilst modelling, scaling up and embedding a different way of working that is community led and asset and strengths based. The intention is to improve experience and outcomes for people who may need support and those planning, commissioning and delivering support both in the council and in partner organisations.
