The programme will focus on data and technology: - Need to build on and support exiting activities, initiatives and solutions - Programme needs to ‘fix’ the data integration challenges - Desire to support innovation in the market to achieve pace, resilience and thinking - Build a common platform for terminology, shared solutions and access to resources - Link to the NDR and develop using standards (technical and health data) - Influence and adhere to appropriate information governance - Robust and consistent identity management - A ‘Centre of Excellence’, will enable learning and adoption of ‘common standards’ but to succeed there needs to be parallel focus on service transformation and adoption.
