The Service Provider will meet each child / young persons identified care needs, providing a flexible service that suits the child / young person and parents / carers' requirements, while working in partnership with parents/carers and the Council to help the child or young person to achieve the outcomes of Hampshire's Children and Young People's Plan and Every Child Matters. The aim of the procurement is to maximise the availability of providers to deliver Care Support for Children with Disabilities. The Care Support Open Framework will be established for service delivery from 1 September 2022, this report will cover the initial opening of the framework.
