You may bid for one (1) or two (2) – both lots. Each lot has the general requirements covered in documents 3 and specific requirements covered in document 2. In order to understand the full requirements for each facility you will need to ensure you have read and be aware that both documents provide all requirements for that lot and you should ensure you can meet all conditions laid out. The Council reserves the right to ask the top 2 (maximum 3) bidders per lot to attend an interview and provide tasting options as part of that interview. Further more we reserve the right to score this as part of the quality element of the bid. Each lot will be reviewed and scored individually for both pricing and quality.
