Norfolk County Council has supported the implementation and running of the Learning Disability Partnership and Norfolk Autism Partnership (referred to in this document as The Partnerships) for several years. The Partnerships are a key mechanism to ensure that user voice is at the heart of decision making, feeding into strategies, commissioning and operations.
