## About this tender

Bedford Borough Council (‘the Council’) has received government funding to deliver the Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF) for children and young people in the Borough who are aged 5-17, are a resident of Bedford Borough and who are eligible for Income Related Free School Meals (FSM). The HAF programme will also be accessible for Looked after Children (LAC) and children of families that have no recourse to public funding within Bedford Borough. To commission multiple providers, the Authority is setting up a Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System (ps-DPS), a process similar to that described in Regulations 34 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended). However, the Authority reserves the right to deviate from the formalities of the procedure given the flexibilities permitted by the regulation 74 - 77 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (as amended) in the conduct of procurements for the ‘Light Touch Regime’ (LTR).
