There will be TUPE considerations as we would prefer to retain cleaning staff. Improved environmental conditions in all the areas would need to be assured. Duties include cleaning of the manned areas such as offices, toilets, corridors, and kitchens but may involve further works which will be operationally dependent. Provision is required to provide Covid cleaning on a temporary basis for both lots.
