The site has the opportunity to deliver approximately 4,000 homes is enabled by the delivery of the HIF funded Future Chippenham Distributor Road, and an associated link road to Pewsham Way. The new road infrastructure could enable the delivery of housing at development sites along its length. The distributor road will be routed to the south of Chippenham, running from the A350 Lackham roundabout in the south to the A4 in the east. The Pewsham Link Road will provide an additional connection between a new South Chippenham Neighbourhood Centre and Pewsham Way.
