The principal aim of the tender process is to appoint a single Tenderer to the Council and its entities who will deliver both financial and efficiency benefits. ### Contract period This Contract is programmed to be awarded on 1st June 2022 for a period of 3 years from Contract commencement with the option for the Council, in its entire discretion, to extend the Contract by two further period of 12 months up to a maximum term of 5 years.
