It is expected that the PROMs Standard Operating Model (PSOM) specification document will meet at least 80% of the core functionality require by Health Boards and Trusts in Wales. A PROMs collection solution(s) Framework for Wales will be implemented to allow chosen multiple Providers to be registered on the framework. This will allow Health Boards and Trusts to create their own call off contract via direct award or via a mini competition route.
