The DPS will have the following categories (further categories may be added at the discretion of the Council) : •Category 1 - Private Sector Leasing (in partnership with Barnsley, Doncaster and Rotherham Councils) •Category 2 - Supported Housing Capital Expenditure (Barnsley Council only) •Category 3 - General Needs Housing (Barnsley Council only) Providers will be notified via YORtender if they are a successful applicant on to each category of the DPS applied for. Providers awarded a place on the DPS shall be invited to further competitions for the categories for which they have applied as a when opportunities become available.
