[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender Supply, manufacture, construct, implement, deliver, operate and decommission the TM required for Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games at competition and non-competition venues, together with any other CWG sites or locations requiring TM measures. The services to be delivered as part of this are, but not exclusive to: - Project Management; - Traffic Management Services; - Temporary traffic management equipment - Ancillary Site Equipment; - Manufacture and supply of statutory, wayfinding and information signage - Specialist labour to operate equipment including Vehicle Permit Checkpoints (VPC) at all specified locations; - Specialist labour to manage crowd movements at venues and transport hubs; and - Non-specialist labour (traffic stewards) to manage access to venue car parks. The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) is seeking to appoint a Contractor to undertake the delivery of the Local Area Traffic Management and Parking (LATMP) plans and the Games Route Network (GRN) for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games (CWG).
