The Short-Term Homecare Service will deliver short term "enabling" home care and support to people living across all areas of North Northamptonshire. The Service will be available to all adults ordinarily resident in North Northamptonshire who are registered with a Northamptonshire Clinical Commissioning Group GP. It is anticipated the majority of individuals referred to the Service are likely to be 65 years and over due to the prevalence of care and support needs in this age profile.
