There is also the potential for the new system to be used by other council business areas. The requirement is for an 'cloud' hosted, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) system to facilitate on-line and in-person ticketing & membership management together with retail and catering management (EPOS) hardware at the Country Parks and Sir Harold Hillier Gardens. The service must meet Hampshire County Council's PCI compliance requirement compliance or make a contractual commitment to achieve PCI compliance by the "go live" date.
