The Project comprises the development of the existing Pentre Ifan site currently used to provide residential accommodation. The project is intended to include the following: - Repairs, refurbishment and re-functioning of 3nr existing stone outbuildings currently in disrepair (section 1) - Construction of new sleeping accommodation being of timber frame construction with piled foundations.
