The tender is being let in 2 lots.The contract will support adults and children/young people in the provision of personal care and support which will be delivered in people’s own homes. Support will be delivered by professional care staff to meet the requirements of individual support plans. This will be based on eligible needs and aimed at supporting people to be independent and to achieve their maximum potential. The service will also assist carers and parents to maintain their caring role.
