This new model consists of two lots (bids will be accepted for either lots separately or both lots jointly): • Lot 1 - Young Families Housing Support & Social Inclusion • Lot 2 - Emergency Homelessness Prevention Service - Lot 1 Young Families Housing Support & Social Inclusion Provision to provide support services including access to 24hr emergency contact and secure entry procedures and will focus on one site with 10 units for young parents who are: • in care up to age 18 years, or • are on the edge of care, up to age 18 years, or • are care leavers up to age 25, or • whose children are at risk of care - Lot 2 Emergency Homelessness Prevention Service Provision to provide safe and secure emergency housing allowing social care team to make an appropriate placement decision.
