However the contract can be accessed by other Council services where required. All Plant supplied under this contract shall at all times comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 – Section 6, the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) and the Supply of Machinery (Safety Regulations) 2008 (as amended). All Plant supplied under this Contract shall at all times comply with the common minimum British safety requirements and must be CE-Marked to show it complies with these requirements.
