The data is used to audit provenance claims for pork, bacon and ham sold at retail in the United Kingdom, specifically to authenticate claims that these products originate in the United Kingdom. The system has been developed to augment the existing industry audit and traceability systems employed as part of product assurance schemes, specifically BMPA and Red Tractor. The current contract for the provision of sample and statistical analysis ends on 31 March 2022 and so re-tender is necessary to revisit the market to benchmark pricing. AHDB is looking to secure a contract with one provider to deliver these services as outlined in the tender specification. ## CPV classification Agricultural services Analysis services Laboratory services Agricultural, forestry, horticultural, aquacultural and apicultural services Source Find a Tender (UK) · Notice ocds-h6vhtk-02e1cc-2022-02-24T22:45:02Z [View official notice](https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/ocds-h6vhtk-02e1cc-2022-02-24T22:45:02Z) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
