The resulting material would reflect legislative changes to the FSO resulting from the Fire Safety Act (FSA), secondary legislation that follows from the outcome of the Fire Safety Consultation and the Building Safety Bill. The guidance in this requirement will be needed before commencing the FSO provisions in the Building Safety Bill.
